The recognition keeps coming in for TPI Hospitality. Recently named to the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s Best Place to Work list for the 12th consecutive year, TPI was once again recognized this month for its commitment to supporting competitive, integrated employment for individuals with disabilities. These most recent awards were presented in celebration of National Disability Employment Awareness Month.
Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS), a state agency under the Department of Employment and Economic Development, nominated TPI Hospitality for its efforts in creating employment opportunities for people with disabilities. TPI was acknowledged for going above and beyond to facilitate the inclusion and success of individuals with disabilities in the workforce.
In addition, the Job Placement and Development (JPD) Division of the Minnesota Rehabilitation Association (MRA) presented TPI with an award recognizing its collaboration and support of inclusive employment opportunities.
“TPI is committed to fostering a work environment where everyone, regardless of their abilities, can thrive and make meaningful contributions,” said Ben Coady, Human Resource Specialist with TPI Hospitality. “We all matter, we all make a difference”.
TPI Hospitality has long been known for its dedication to excellence and innovation within the hospitality industry. With a portfolio encompassing a range of hotel brands and dining establishments, the company has consistently focused on delivering exceptional service while maintaining a strong sense of community and support within its workforce.
There were 70 companies selected to the MSPBJ Best Place to Work list in 2023 and TPI ranked No. 1 in the ex-large category for 2023. This award reaffirmed TPI’s commitment to fostering an exceptional workplace culture and prioritizing employee satisfaction.
“We are absolutely honored to be recognized”, said Pete Bromelkamp, Chief Human Resource Officer with TPI Hospitality. “These achievements are a testament to the hard work and passion of our incredible team. At TPI, we believe that our employees are our most valuable asset, and we are committed to providing an environment where everyone can thrive, learn, and achieve their full potential,” said Pete Bromelkamp, Chief Human Resource Officer with TPI Hospitality.
